Consultation Policy

At Phoenix Rootz, every service begins with intention, care, and clear communication.

To ensure the best possible experience, all new clients are required to book a consultation before scheduling any service. Consultations allow us to assess hair health, discuss goals, determine service suitability, and provide accurate pricing based on individual needs.

Consultation Fee:

A non-refundable $50 consultation fee is required at the time of booking.

Please Note:

• Consultations are mandatory for all first-time clients.
• Services cannot be booked without a completed consultation.
• The consultation fee does not apply toward service pricing.
• Appointments booked without a consultation will not be confirmed.
• No-shows or late arrivals may result in cancellation.
